To become a member, simply fill out our online application form, pay the membership fee of KES 1,000.00, and provide your M-PESA number for payment.

By filling a loan application form (digital via the website portal or mobile app) and submitting the duly filled form.

The number of guarantors is dependent on the amount of money each member guarantees an applicant in reference to the applied loan.

Each loan product has itsown processing period. Emergency loans are processed within 24 hours whileother products can take up to 2 weeks.

You can request withdrawals or exit membership by following our cooperative guidelines:

Full Membership Withdrawal (Main Savings / BOSA Deposits):

1. Submit a formal written notice of withdrawal to Sojrel SACCO management (in accordance with cooperative bylaws, a 60-day notice period usually applies).
2. Ensure all outstanding loan obligations and fees are fully settled.
3. Ensure you are not currently acting as an active guarantor for another member’s ongoing loan.
4. Once cleared, your non-share savings will be refunded to your designated bank account or mobile wallet.
